Here’s what’s happening on our stage!!

Main Stage

2:00 – 4:00 Sidewinders
The 34th Army Band, Iowa Army National Guard, has been stationed right here in Fairfield since 1921, and is made up of citizen soldiers whose members live throughout Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and Nebraska. The Sidewinders are the groups pop music ensemble that is in high demand for military and civilian functions alike. We are honored that the Sidewinders will return to the RAGBRAI Stage this summer.


4:00 – 4:30 The Feist Club Burlesque Troupe
The Feist Club Burlesque Troupe of Fairfield, Iowa is a voluntary membership organization that aims to foster and support Fairfield’s community of burlesque dancers, performers, and event producers. Their mission is to provide a safe and fun venue for women’s and all people’s self-expression, in order to promote confidence, empowerment, and self-acceptance.


4:30 – 6:30 BratPack Radio Band
For 14 years and running now, Minnesota-based Brat Pack Radio has been performing far and wide across the globe. From Midwestern venues & festivals to the Russian coast, private shows all over Europe and 1,001 points in between, they continue to turn heads with a polished, high-energy, non-stop Super show that can only be described as seriously fun. The band includes Ryan Lance, a 4-time Emmy Award-winning songwriter, and Season 8 American Idol Top 15 finalist Jesse Langseth.


6:30 – 7:00 The Feist Club Burlesque Troupe


7:00 – 11:00 No Limits Band
Once No Limits takes the stage it will become instantly clear why they are one of the premier Party Bands in the United States today and why, when the rich and famous are looking for a premier band to play, it is No Limits they ask for. There is NO LIMIT to the amount of fun you will experience when this high-energy band takes the stage. They have performed their magic all over the United States from Florida to California, wowed crowds in Cancun; Bahamas; Canada and Cabo San Lucas, and regularly appear at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.


The Roving Ruckus Side Stage

Ragged Blade Band
From St Louis, The Ragged Blade Band take you back in time with ragtime, early blues, jazz tunes from the early 1900s! They infuse these songs with modern technology so you can hear a turn of the 20th tune with 21st century instrumentation. The Ragged Blade Band plays many steampunk events around the Midwest and we are very excited to have them play for us.


6:15-7:00 Steve and Michela
Fairfield’s Steve and Michaela McClain are known locally for their infectious harmonies, playful lyrics and love of their hometown, RAGBRAI riders will get to see our musical treasures

Professor Adam Smasher and the Eternal Frontier
Professor Adam Smasher, the 2013 Winner of the “Starburmer Galactic Courier Award” which recognizes those individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the Steampunk community. Professor Adam Smasher is a Gentleman, Musician, Songwriter and Giz-mo-logist. He travels the country to attend Steampunk events and possesses a thirst for knowledge in all frontiers of Steampunk! Professor Adam Smasher will serve as a Master of Ceremonies as well as spend the day busking around the square with his steampunk duo The Eternal Frontier.


Cirque Wonderland
Cirque Wonderland from Des Moines is a new company that features ambient living art. A number of performers will be here taking part in our glow party, with a variety of glow prop acts including; poi, hoop, contact juggling, and stilt walking with props.


Caricature by Steph
Stephanie Ong has been doing caricatures for over 20 years. She has regularly worked The Iowa State Fair, Adventureland as well as other events throughout the Midwest. Steph can knock out a caricature in about 4 minutes and will be doing free caricatures on commemorative Fairfield RAGBRAI Geared for Weird paper.
